I’m a mother of four, the daughter of an immigrant mother and a blue-collar father. I’m a sister, a friend, and once, a wife. I know what it’s like to have your world cracked open by betrayal trauma, to walk through the confusion and pain, and to slowly piece yourself back together with grace and radical acceptance.
I’ve learned that the most healing moments in my life have happened in the presence of other women; women who chose not to fix me, but to sit with me in the mess. That is my promise to you: I will sit with you there. I will muddy the waters with you. And when you're ready, we rise, together.
This work is sacred to me. Your goals, your healing, your voice, they matter deeply. I'm here to walk beside you, as you rise into the full, radiant truth of who you are.
My Coaching Approach
Life coaching is the sacred practice of shifting your mindset, releasing the limiting beliefs, old patterns, and fear-based stories that no longer serve you, and choosing new thoughts and setting new goals, that align with your highest truth. It’s about deprogramming the noise of the world and tuning back into the voice of your inner guide. Unlike traditional therapy that is akin to looking in a rearview mirror at past traumas, coaching is the process of looking directly through the windshield and knowing exactly where you are now headed.
This is a homecoming. A sacred return to the truth of who you are, beneath the noise, the roles, the stories the world handed you. Back to the woman your soul remembers. Together, we’ll gently unravel what no longer serves, and listen deeply for what does. By connecting with your core values, we’ll follow the thread of Spirit, intuition, and inner knowing, toward wholeness, healing, and light. You are welcome here, exactly as you are. This is holy ground. The tender, powerful work of becoming. Not someone new, but more fully you.
